| Many sand dunes is evidence of erosion area |
I write this post in response to the numerous concerns and
troubles homeowners get into. When I go through certain areas, I cannot help
but imagine why some persons will purchase property where erosion will pursue
them later. Some have gone as far ass building in a valley. It is ridiculous
and against common sense of reasoning.
In case you want to purchase a land or property you need to
watch out for these warning signs.
THE CLEAR SIGNS OF EROSION
1.
Many sand dunes. As you walk along the street
where the property is located, look closely at the ground. If you see plenty
erosion sand, then that area is often waterlogged. As erosion finds its way
home, it carries a lot of sand and debris in its course. When it gets to a flat
or depressed plain, all the load is deposited right there.
2.
When there is a hill and the property is at the
valley. Please run away from such site for in due time you will have to abandon
the building for erosion to hold sway.
